What is a credit?
A credit is the unit Valmera uses to measure AI editing work. Every plan spends from the same balance: Free includes 20 credits every day plus a one-time 150-credit welcome bonus, Plus adds 800 credits and Pro adds 2,400 credits with each billing cycle.
What does an edit cost?
It depends on how much work the AI does in that request. A simple edit — a cut, a caption pass — costs a few credits, while bigger jobs like reworking a long video cost more. There is no flat per-edit price: you are charged for the work actually done.
Do daily credits roll over?
No. The 20 free daily credits reset every day and never accumulate. Monthly credits from Plus and Pro refresh with each billing cycle, and your one-time welcome bonus stays until you spend it.
What happens when I cancel?
Your remaining monthly credits are removed when the subscription ends. Your 20 daily credits and any unspent welcome-bonus credits remain, so you can keep editing on the Free plan.
Is there a watermark?
On Plus and Pro, no — your exports are clean. On the Free plan, downloads carry a small Valmera robot in the top corner, and the words "edited by valmera agent" appear beside it briefly every few seconds. It stays out of the way, and it is removed the moment you upgrade — your existing exports re-render clean. Previews are never marked on any plan. Every export also closes with a brief (~2.5-second) Valmera end card after your video, and final exports render from your original full-quality file.
