The platform enables users to describe a web application in natural language, after which Valmera's AI engine generates fully functional source code, provides a live preview, and offers downloadable project files.

Usage data. We collect general usage metrics such as the number of applications generated, timestamps of interactions, selected AI model, credit consumption, and session metadata.

Application prompts and generated code. We store your prompts and the resulting generated code on our servers for the duration necessary to provide the service.

Cookies and local storage. We use authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your session. See Section 6 for details.

2.2 — How We Use Your Information

3.4 — Subscriptions and Credits

Valmera offers free and paid subscription plans. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. All users receive a daily credit allocation that resets every 24 hours.

3.5 — Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the applications generated through Valmera.

Our platform. The Valmera platform itself is the intellectual property of DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C.

3.6 — AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that generated code is free of errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any generated application before deploying it.

3.7 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

3.8 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

4.1 — Prohibited Activities

• Generate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful applications.
• Create phishing pages, malware distribution sites, or deceptive content.
• Produce content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Generate hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer Valmera's AI engine.
• Automate access without prior written authorisation.
• Circumvent credit limits or rate-limiting systems.
• Interfere with platform infrastructure.

5.1 — 14-Day Refund Window

All paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.

5.2 — How to Request a Refund

Email support@valmera.io with your account email and the Paddle transaction ID.

5.3 — EU/EEA and UK Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

5.4 — Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Valmera uses minimal browser storage mechanisms necessary for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6.1 — What We Store

6.2 — Third-Party Cookies
