About Valmera
Valmera is an AI-powered video editor operated by DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C. The platform enables users to upload a video and describe the desired edits in natural language, after which Valmera's AI agent performs the edits — such as cutting silences and repetitions, adding captions, reframing, and mixing audio — provides an in-browser preview, and allows the finished video to be exported.
Valmera is accessible at valmera.io. All references to "we", "us", "our", or "the Company" refer to DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C. References to "you", "your", or "the User" refer to any individual or entity accessing or using the Valmera platform.
DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C is a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By using Valmera, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined in the following sections.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the Valmera platform.
2.1 — Information We Collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and, if you choose to sign in via Google or GitHub, the profile name and email associated with your OAuth account.
Subscription and billing data. Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store credit card numbers or payment instruments on our servers.
Usage data. We collect general usage metrics such as the number of editing requests processed, timestamps of interactions, credit consumption, and session metadata.
Uploaded media and editing data. We store the videos, audio, and images you upload, automatically generated transcripts and scene analysis of your uploaded footage, your chat messages with the editing agent, and your edit histories on our servers for the duration necessary to provide the service.
Cookies and local storage. We use authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your session. See Section 6 for details.
2.2 — How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage your account.
- Process subscriptions and enforce plan-based feature access.
- Provide the core service: AI-powered video editing, preview rendering, and export.
- Send transactional emails such as verification codes and password resets.
- Monitor, debug, and improve platform performance and reliability.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Comply with legal obligations applicable in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
2.3 — Third-Party Services
- Paddle — payment processing and subscription management.
- Brevo — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — frontend hosting and content delivery.
- Render — backend hosting and database infrastructure.
- Google OAuth — optional third-party sign-in.
2.4 — Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
2.5 — Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), secure password hashing, and token-based authentication.

Terms of Service
By creating an account on Valmera or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
3.1 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Valmera.
3.2 — Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.3 — Service Description
Valmera provides AI-assisted video editing that performs edits to user-uploaded videos based on user-supplied instructions. The quality of any output depends on the source material and the instructions provided. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.
3.4 — Subscriptions and Credits
Valmera offers free and paid subscription plans. Each AI editing request consumes credits based on actual model usage. All users receive a daily free credit allocation that resets every 24 hours; paid plans additionally provide a monthly credit pool that is refilled each billing period. Credits do not roll over between billing periods.
3.5 — Intellectual Property
Your content. You retain all rights to the videos, audio, and images you upload and to the edited output produced through Valmera. DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C claims no ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold the necessary rights to any footage, music, or other material you upload.
Our platform. The Valmera platform itself is the intellectual property of DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C.
3.6 — AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that automated edits are free of errors, and they may contain mistakes such as mis-timed cuts or caption errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing the edited output before publishing or distributing it.
3.7 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIYAR TAREQ TRADING L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
3.8 — Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
3.9 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy governs your conduct when using Valmera. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
4.1 — Prohibited Activities
- Upload content that you do not have the necessary rights to use or edit.
- Upload or produce unlawful or abusive content, including child sexual abuse material, harassment, or incitement to violence.
- Create deepfakes or impersonate any person or entity with the intent to deceive.
- Produce content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Generate hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Valmera service.
- Automate access without prior written authorisation.
- Circumvent credit limits or rate-limiting systems.
- Interfere with platform infrastructure.
Refund Policy
5.1 — 14-Day Refund Window
All paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.
5.2 — How to Request a Refund
Email support@valmera.io with your account email and the Paddle transaction ID.
5.3 — EU/EEA and UK Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
5.4 — Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
