The important correction to older Cardboard reviews
Older comparisons—including the previous version of this page—treated self-inspection as a Valmera-only feature. That stopped being true on 20 July 2026. Cardboard's changelog says its agent can now look at timeline frames after a change, catch a misplaced caption or badly timed cut, and fix the problem before handing the edit back. The honest comparison is no longer “one agent sees, one does not.” It is how each product combines agent judgement with human control, proof, and delivery.
Public collaboration language looks contradictory until the dated releases are read. One homepage block still labels sharing “coming soon,” but Cardboard's 6 July changelog says share links and timecoded video comments are live for every account, with no viewer login required.
