Fill in the fields for one lesson, then adapt the editing request below.
Keep the completed brief with the reviewed final video.

## Lesson and source

- Course / module / lesson:
- Valmera project name:
- Recording filename:
- Source duration:
- One learning outcome:
- Prerequisites the learner needs:
- Required steps, in order:
- Visible result that demonstrates success:
- Practice task or reflection pause to retain:

## Edit decisions

Use original-upload timestamps here. Note current-preview timestamps separately.

- Complete correct take to use:

- Terms, names, formulas and numbers to check:
- Framing and screen detail that must remain visible:

## First editing request

This lesson teaches [one outcome]. Keep the complete steps [list], the visible
result check and [practice task]. Source ranges refer to the original upload.
Remove [verified ranges] and preserve [protected ranges], including the useful
quiet demonstration or thinking time. Use [framing]. Keep the order of the
procedure. Make this first cut and render a preview for me to review before
adding captions or presentation effects.

## Caption and presentation request

Use the reviewed cut. Check transcript spelling for [terms and numbers].
For burned-in captions, use [appearance and position] and keep [important
screen area] clear. At current preview [time], emphasize [visible detail]
while retaining [context]. Keep speech understandable and render a preview.

If a separate caption track is required, prepare it with the destination
platform or a separate captioning tool after the final edit is ready.
Valmera Studio does not import or export SRT/VTT files. Correcting transcript
text changes captions; replacing incorrect spoken instructions needs a correct
take or replacement recording.

## A precise correction

In the current preview at [time], the lesson moves from [before] to [after]
without showing [required step]. Restore original source [start–end] between
those moments. Keep the rest of the reviewed edit, check caption timing around
the restored section and render a new preview.

## Review and final delivery

- Reviewed project/version:
- Can the learner reproduce the complete procedure?
- Are the action, narration and visible result aligned at every cut?
- Are small text, formulas and controls readable in the destination player?
- Are captions correct, timed to this edit and clear of important visuals?
- Are speech, sound cues and useful pauses preserved?
- Final MP4 filename and actual duration:
- Actual resolution, shape, branding and any end card checked:
- Separate caption filename and language, if required:
- Course platform / lesson location:
- Final video and caption playback checked in that platform:
- Publication status and date:

Create the final MP4 in Valmera Studio and inspect the downloaded file before
uploading it to your course platform. This brief is a planning aid; results,
credit usage and completion time depend on the recording and requested work.
