This is a blank record for your own test. No product has been tested or scored in this document. Repeat it for each workflow using the same source and acceptance criteria. Record unsupported requirements, failures and manual work rather than silently substituting an easier task.

## Source and access

- Test date and reviewer:
- Product, app/integration, device and version:
- Account plan, role, model and permission settings:
- Source filename, duration, dimensions and audio:
- Separate original retained at:
- Required final format and destination:
- Required features or access that were unavailable:

## Brief and permitted decisions

- Audience and intended outcome:
- Exact changes requested:
- Passages, words, timing and visual details to preserve:
- Allowed assets and generation:
- Spending or processing limit and how it is enforced:
- Decisions the system may make without a check-in:
- Decisions that require a check-in:
- Definition of an acceptable final:

## First run and evidence

Leave observations blank until tested. For each result, distinguish documentation, the assistant's statement, project records and media actually inspected.

| Question | Actual observation | Evidence or output time | Remaining uncertainty |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| What edits did the system choose? | | | |
| Did it use the intended source and passages? | | | |
| What approvals or clarifications were needed? | | | |
| What changed in the editable project? | | | |
| What did the system inspect before reporting success? | | | |
| What defects did the reviewer find in the complete preview? | | | |
| Did its written report agree with the media? | | | |

## Revision and recovery

- Specific correction requested, with source or output time identified:
- Starting project/version:
- Observed change after the correction:
- Unrelated approved work preserved or lost:
- Recovery action tested and what it restored:
- If a job was stopped: its actual final status and changes left behind:
- Revised preview inspected and remaining defects:

Stopping a job does not necessarily undo saved changes. Selecting an earlier version can discard later changes. Record the behavior of the workflow actually tested.

## Final delivery and effort

- Final file created and downloaded:
- Runtime, dimensions, format and encoding:
- Full playback reviewed, including audio, captions, branding and ending:
- Required output or handoff features missing:
- Upload/analysis time:
- First edit and preview time:
- Revision and final-render time:
- Manual preparation, review and correction time:
- Total elapsed time, including pauses and failed attempts:
- Account usage and any separate model/service charges:
- Accepted, rejected or accepted with unresolved issues:
- Evidence supporting that decision:

A single result establishes only that task under those conditions. Do not generalize it into a universal quality, reliability, speed or product-ranking claim.
