## Before testing

- Choose eligible footage you are permitted to upload; record source timestamps and delivery requirements before testing.
- Use identical inputs and requests for a controlled comparison; record any differences in eligibility, plan or source.
- Fill observations only from inspected artifacts. Leave unmeasured values null. Do not infer a pass from a vendor claim or an agent reply.
- Use pass, fail, not_tested or not_applicable per check. Support decisions with source and output timestamps or artifacts.
- Retain the first draft, revised draft and downloaded final; inspect the final delivery separately.
- Repeat on a different recording before generalizing. This template contains no performance findings.

Record product, plan, date, source name/duration/size, source timestamps, account balance, eligible input differences, required checks and delivery requirements.

## First edit

Use only the supplied footage. Make a 45–60 second vertical cut explaining one complete idea. Keep the speaker's caveat and the named product accurate. Remove the repeated take, add readable captions, and keep the face and demonstration visible. Do not generate speech, invent claims, or add external media. Show the draft for review and identify anything you could not complete.

## Follow-up revision

Keep the approved captions and framing. Replace the opening with the source sentence I identify, restore the pause before the caveat, and leave the rest of the edit unchanged. Show the revised draft and describe what changed.

## Review record

Use pass, fail, not_tested or not_applicable and attach source/output timestamps or artifact references.

- **Meaning**: Compare the edited claim, caveat and named entity with source timestamps. Status: not_tested. Evidence: unrecorded.
- **Cuts**: Listen to repeated-take removal and each cut boundary. Status: not_tested. Evidence: unrecorded.
- **Captions**: Review names, numbers, timing and readability in the rendered video. Status: not_tested. Evidence: unrecorded.
- **Framing**: Check that the subject and demonstration stay visible. Status: not_tested. Evidence: unrecorded.
- **Revision**: Check the requested change and preservation of approved elements. Status: not_tested. Evidence: unrecorded.
- **Delivery**: Inspect the downloaded final file against required format, resolution, audio and branding. Status: not_tested. Evidence: unrecorded.

## Cost and effort

Record elapsed minutes to an accepted final file, active review minutes, revision attempts, starting/ending balances and units, amount billed, currency and billing period. Unmeasured values remain blank. Credits from different vendors are not equivalent.

## Decision

Does the downloaded final meet every required delivery condition? Leave unanswered until reviewed. Record failed requirements, input differences and reasons before comparing cost or effort. Repeat on another recording before generalizing.
